Hello Commanders!

Our ISP has notified us about a network maintenance that will take place 19th June (like, now) 11.30 pm BST and will take approximately 30 minutes. It means CnCNet and Command & Conquer Communications Center will be unavailable during that time.

For Europeans, this shouldn't mean much as it will happen very late and all good Commanders go to bed early, right?

Everything should return back to normal once they sort out their network.

Let's all hope it will be quick and painless!

Here is the full email I got and includes more information how to follow their progress:

Dear Customer,

=== IMPORTANT: notice of scheduled maintenance ===

Date: Tuesday 19th June 2012

Start time: approx 11.30pm (British Summer Time)

Duration: approx 30 minutes

Services affected:

- All VPS customers + VPS control panel

- my.BHost (billing and support system)

We have recently identified an issue with our core network switch and will be replacing it to ensure our network continues to operate reliably in the future.

All VPS services will become unavailable at approximately 11.30pm (British Summer Time) on 19th June 2012. We hope to restore services within about 30 minutes, though should we encounter any problems it may take a little longer.

VPS nodes will not be restarted during this maintenance window. Only network connectivity will be lost.

On the evening of 19th June, we'll post regular updates on Twitter to keep you updated - please follow us:

Should you have any queries, please log a support ticket on my.BHost. Thanks for your patience and understanding, and please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Kind regards
