First Decade disks yuri's revenge freeze during game play

"Yuri is master" Here is my issue, I'm running windows 10 settings changed to run game. I'm usually a skrimish mega base player during game play against 1 or 2 computer controlled the game will freeze but will still be running and playing . This will continue until I control alt delete and end process. I just redownloaded this disks determined to get this working. Any help on the subject is much appreciated.
