is there Yuri's revenge MODs?

Hello everybody..
1. whenever the enemy fires a nuke or a weather storm, the game stops with an error message, any help to stop it?
2. I have a MOD called Red Storm for RA2, but yuri's revenge is still the old one.. is there a similar MOD for it?

In no particular order, there are these mods. There are others but I'm not aware of their status.

You also have mod maps which you can find online (when you join games). They have modified gameplay options, inifinte money, survival modes etc.
