RA2 QM is not working

Every time I get to match with someone, I'm the only one who is loading in starting screen (see below image)
Since this happens with every player, The problem must be from me
I tried:
- Restarting PC.
- Reinstalling CnCnet.
- Flushing DNS.

This has been for days and I can't find any solutions 

Notice:
- YR QM & BLITZ QM are working fine but RA2 QM is not.
- I can play RA2 from CnCnet normally but not from QM
- I got the game from Origin
- I downloaded the game few days ago (less than a month) so re-downloading the game won't help.
- When this happens with someone in Custom Room in CnCnet, I can solve it easily by changing tunnel but I cannot do so in QM.
