Hi guys,

I need some help for my friend. He has a problem logging CNCNET, even though he didn't do anything

The system gave him the following message.

"cannot join chat channel yuri's revenge, you're banned!"

Please help me to fix this, please.

Normally he use

Today he try to change his name 2 times

He can't use depa-admin as a username (we can't have anyone using "admin" in their name basically).

He was warned multiple times via a private message but there was no response. 

I've now unbanned, please pass the message along.
