Why is this happening?

I recently just got red alert one and I tried to start it up, but I’m just frozen on the title screen saying red alert, but then when I reset my computer and I go back into the game it just shows a black screen, I searched up Waze to try and fix it, but it only comes up with a red alert 2 not one, so I tried to uninstall it and reinstall it, but the same thing happened. First time I opened it. It just was frozen on the red alert title screen then when I jumped back on it, it just shows a black screen. I looked up. Why is the try and fix it, but did not work. I tried to go as administrator did not work. I tried to configure properties did not work and more. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? By the way my Desktop is a Windows 11 gaming computer, and somehow my frame rate still struggles when opening it.

ok i just got it and now its saying i need to insert a CD copy of the game?

With the CnCNet setup you should have had the option to do a No CD install.
