hi guys, whenever i open cnc for yuris revenge i get this message "Error getting updates: Executing preudpateexec failed." "Please see the file client.log for more details"

 

"If you are connected to the internet and your firewall isnt blocking CnCNetYRLauncher.exe, and the issue is reproducible, contact us at cnc-comm.com/community"

 

i dont know a lot about computers so can you guys please help me step by step, thank you

Have you played online before? Has this happened before?

 

Could you upload your client.log file?
