can't get this white screen to disappear

at game game load and launch im stuck with this white screen ? i can hear everything, click on units , and when i press ESCAPE i am able to see the menu clearly... any help would be appreciated , windows10 ... the game works fine by itself,  and even through XWIS servers online,  its just through the CNCNet program im getting this issue

Go to Start, search App & Features > in the search under where ti says "Search, sort and filter by drive." type in "yuri".

 

Where it brings up Yuri's Revenge compatfix, click uninstall.

completely re installed yuri's revenge again off disk,  and i did what you said clicked Uninstall there..  still no luck..
