Can you upload client.log - found in your game directory in a folder called Client

We're actually not sure what could be causing this. The log looks fine. Are your video drivers up-to-date?

I had this issue. I'm using a laptop with Intel and Nvidia graphics together. If I right click the .exe and run with the integrated graphics processor (Intel) then it works.
