Unable to load maps (RD2 YR)

Hi all, im new here to this forum
Ive serched but cant find what im looking for, That or im totally blind.

Ive downloaded The map Creater for RA YR - However when i save the Map give it its name, and and save it in the corret Customs map folder within my RA Folder, yet the map will not show up in the Skirmish section.

I've tried renaming the Map in the folder with the ext .map and still does not work.

I download the game off EA orign and Downloaded the CnCnet verion

Am i being stupid or is there a new way of getting the maps to show?
