RA+ Shared Internet Components Installation

I have downloaded RA+ from http://www.cnc-comm.com/community/index.php?action=downloads;cat=35 and installed the game. When I go to start the game it begins a Shared Internet Components Installation, I click begin and a message appears saying:

 

"Unexpected error creating registry keys! Please contact Westwood technical support."

 

I click Ok and another message appears:

 

"Installation of Shared Internet components was not completed."

 

Then the game shuts down.

 

I am running it in compatibility for Windows 98/Me and my os is Windows 7 64bit.

 

Any help is graciously appreciated.

Delete the file "RA95.LCF" in your RA directory and then rename the file "_RA95.LCF" to "RA95.LCF".
