did you give permission to the client launcher and is it in proper folder "i.e. D:c/programs86x/origingames/commandandconquerredalertII" something like that if it is i our setup would be proper. i would estimate a permission is not set and is holding you back. i have not had this issue particularly ut i thought and answer might help you feel less alone on this community. ill check back soon also if you leave a client log on here one of the admins will look at it and offer some feed back
