BitDefender hasn't given a peep about blocking anything, and I can't even get towards playing it. It fails downloading the updates every time.

My apologies for the copy-pasta. I'm running Bitdefender Total Security 2015. I did exclude the directory where RA2:YR is installed from active and on-demand scanning, but that seemed to have no effect. I tried again by installing the game in an "unsafe" or not-controlled-by-UAC directory, but that didn't change anything either.

I started the install, and right after the installation it started to update. The update fails with the message that there were too many retries for a specific file. In the log it complains about a non matching identifier. I'm on Windows 10, I figure that's where the problem lies? <snip>
