I'm not Grant, but I might be able to help. Your crash logs display an error message "The GPU device instance has been suspended," which is a DX11 error. The Steam community recommends installing the proper version of the .NET redistributables, (re)installing/updating DX11, and rebooting your computer to resolve this issue. Source Thread (Steam Forum).
