I am trying to disable building option for aircraft, I found max heap values in rules.ini set it to Aircraft=0 but it is still letting them be built? is it possible to remove them? Thanks

im trying to edit map liquid gold rush to auto ally,, I follow the advise steps of adding [autoallywayponts] etc... but how do i get the map thats edited back up to cnc net?
