Found the solution. Change your Display Renderer: I used GL and it worked.

+1 Same here. I also freezes on game exit in a skirmish (not online) and has to forced to close. Someone updated something and we are now seeing this bug.

+1 I have the same issue and have tied reinstalling the game files from Origin, the Origin client and the CnCNet client. All have no effect.
