I'm sorry for bumping a 3yr old question, but I'm having the exact same issue. Here is my situation: Bought Ultimate Collection from EA/Origins. Installed Renegade from Origin launcher Installed Scripts-4.7 Start game with Origin Launcher (Or even Game2.exe from folder), get the update, and get aforementioned error. I'm running Windows 11.
