Stutter in RA2 campaign

So when i play a skirmish through cncnet the game runs fine with no stutter but a bit of screen tear. But when i play the single player, going through origin, when i scroll the screen in a direction i get a stutter. ive tried the dllwrapper, graphic patch and a fair few .ini changes, but the only thing ive found that fixes it is using cncnet, which is really wierd... any help would be amazing thanks!

If you installed cncnet on top of your Origin installation in the same directory you should get the cncnet benefit there to? Is that how you have installed it?
