Command & Conquer Covert Operations missing in Tiberium Dawn game package?

Hello,

first of all - thank you for this great project! It's amazing that you pulled this off!

Is Covert Operations not include in the C&C Tiberium Dawn full game package? Or how can I select it? For Tiberium Sun and Red Alert, all Expansion packs have been included and can be easily selected via the menu. 

If this is not included, how can I add Covert Operations to the cncnet.org/moddb TIberium Dawn version?

Covert Ops missions are in the "New missions" section above "Start new game"
