AI building without construction yard?

I felt nostalgic so I downloaded TS from this site earlier today and fired up a skirmish game. I destroyed the enemy con yard, then ion cannoned their helipad which was producing Banshees. A minute later I saw an empty helipad in the place I had destroyed it. The same thing happened after I destroyed their other helipad. When I finally destroyed their whole base I found they had not replaced their con yard. I know the AI cheats, but I had never seen this before.

Hahaha. Yeah, I noticed that funny glitch recently, playing RA2/YR.

DO you remember the map you played? I never seen this happening besides on modded maps.
