In Red Alert 2, each country has its own advantages. For example, the American paratroopers, the Russian Tesla tanks, the French artillery, etc. So, can you take advantage of these advantages by sending engineers to their factories and then making them capable of producing them yourself? I remember many years ago, when I sent engineers to American bases, paratroopers were added to my defensive weapons menu.

It only works by capturing the American Air Force HQ. 
The rest of the bonuses are dependent on the country.
