Source sound effect files

I'm assuming that the source files for all of the game sound effects can be found somewhere.  Are they available in the C&c tiberian dawn folder or does someone know a link to where they are?  I'm mostly pooling for the Eva ones and the gunshots and commando sayings

use xcc mixer to look inside the mix files with the sounds in.
