Keep losing connection 10-20 seconds after game starts in Red Alert 1

I keep losing connection 10-20 seconds after game starts in Red Alert 1 when I join other player's games.

 

I have Windows 8.1.

 

Should I open some ports, or, what should I do?

Edit: I've just finished a game without any problem. I was the host.
