Pat_Pas
Hi, I was just about of having a map ready. By clicking on the option "fill with water" (NEVER DO THAT!!!!!) I had whitescreen and the file was destroyed. Is there any opportunity I can remove the "filled in water" (via notepad etc.) and saving my file so far? It is all about the XCC Editor. Pat_Pas
I just saw you can copy the txt (Tiberium, other overlay and terrain) from the file and paste it into a new, at least this part can be rescued. But the ridges, rivers and so on are not written into the same file... or can they be copied out of the other file? Another warning for all map makers: DON'T CLICK ON "FILL WITH WATER"! Nyerguds
umm... the water is on the actual basic terrain map, and that map is a binary file. Never edit that with Notepad.
