*Error: Game files incompatible! (ts-spawn.exe)

When I try to join most games I'm getting this error message: *Error: Game files incompatible! (ts-spawn.exe)

 

I have deleted, re-downloaded & re-installed but still no luck.

 

I was gaming last night & it was fine.

 

Please help / advise.

There was an update, everyone needs to restart to get the latest version. If you get that message then tell the other people to restart too
