Grant Posted May 14, 2015 Posted May 14, 2015 Greetings! Are you receiving a main executable error from the games?
Hikaru500 Posted May 15, 2015 Author Posted May 15, 2015 Just notihng, just press launch game on CnCNet 5, and back to lobby thats all http://www.mediafire.com/download/t7rlr1s42c31zm5/cncnetclient.log here log BTW PS ive noticed each time try play on CnCNet 5, CnCNet 5 eating(Delete) my wsock32.dll file Without that file i cant no longer play game without use CnCNet 5
Grant Posted May 17, 2015 Posted May 17, 2015 Did you have Red Alert 2 & Yuri's Revenge installed prior to downloading CnCNet? The Yuri's Revenge download we provide doesn't include the game. From the log it seems you haven't got the game installed? Rampastring have any thoughts?
Rampastring Posted May 17, 2015 Posted May 17, 2015 15. 5. ; 06:54:25.225 About to launch main executable. 15. 5. ; 06:54:25.334 The game process has exited; displaying game lobby. Meaning that the game executable exits instantly after startup for some reason. Why it does that, I don't know. PS ive noticed each time try play on CnCNet 5, CnCNet 5 eating(Delete) my wsock32.dll file Without that file i cant no longer play game without use CnCNet 5 Because the wsock32.dll is incompatible with Windows 10 and it's unneeded with CnCNet 5.
Grant Posted May 17, 2015 Posted May 17, 2015 Good point Hardman, are you running Windows XP by any chance?
