connection problem

hey,i'm from Israel and I've been trying to play with my family,for some reason my cousin can't connect to our rooms but he can connect to other rooms,if I join the room he is connected to he can't connect,it's really weird,hope you can help us:)

Are you trying to play LAN games or Online? If you have multiple players using the same internet connection then each of you needs to use a unique port number.

 

Settings->Game Settings->Game Port:

Player 1 Port = 8061

Player 2 Port = 8062

Player 3 Port = 8063

Player 4 Port = 8064

....

at me don't goes the connection with the update of game "yuri's revenge"

i dont know what to do.
