ROB was a member on the CnC Tech Center forums, one of the inspiration sources for C&C Comm Center. ROB created mods for Red Alert a long time ago, mods such as Armageddon and Nemesis (C&C Rising). As the download links for those are long gone ROB uploaded them to mediafire and posted a announcement on the forums. Here is a image showing what awaits you in the topic.
