[Resolved] Connection issue [10/03/2016]

Hello,

 

We are aware some players are experiencing a connection problem specifically with Yuri's Revenge online, this is down to a non responding server but also partly down to the way the client handles connecting to GameSurge. We're hoping to have an update released by the end of the day to stop further disruption.

The issue has been fixed for me for a brief moment. Before I did the update from version 2.14 to 2.15 I was able to connect to CnCnet but then I was told that  2.15 ver got released. I've restarted client and did the update and now i cant connect again. This time i got no error message like before. It loads forever.

yes I just used the alternative port and the HTTPS Port and I still get no response

Could you try again with the 2.16 update just uploaded? If you still have a problem connecting could you also upload your cncnetclient.log file in your game directory.
