Duplicate file or cannot find file error

Hello all, have the original release of zero hour, installed it to programfiles86/eagames/generalszerohour. when i go to launch it it says duplicate name or file or cannot find the file. I did have the game previously and thought i did a clean uninstall. please help me

clean install should work

Gonna try the clean install, besides uninstalling and is there anything else i can try and do to delete all of the files so that way i can start from scratch? sorry not good with computer stuff lol
