Tiberian Dawn Sidebar/Covert Ops Problem

I have the TFD Version of TD with Nyerguds 1.06 Patch and i copy the cncnet5.exe into the folder for online play, so it updated himself.

 

I notice the difference, when i start from the Original C&C.95.exe File, my sidebar is stucked on 4/4 Build/Production Slots (but i have still the Covert Ops Missions in the menu)

 

When i started from the new cnc95.exe the sidebar is fixed for my 1080p Resolution but the Expansion Mission are missing.

 

Did a patch like Funkyfr3sh's red alert installer exist from cncnet for previously installed versions off tiberian dawn or exist a other solution for this problem?

It works, but still got some minor visual flaws on the powerbar
