Are you using CnCNet? https://cncnet.org/yuris-revenge If so, the patches needed for Windows 10 should already be applied when you install. If you have just recently upgraded from Windows 7/8 etc, you will need to re-install using the link above. If you've done the above, go into client options and under Display, go to Renderer and set it to TS-DDRAW. It's a bit trial and error, if that makes it worse, undo that and check VideoBackBuffer.
