TIberian Sun/Firestorm "Unable to read scenario"

Hi,

 

I recently downloaded TS and it works well but when I try to start missions on Firestorm I get a message saying "Unable to read scenario". Is there a way to fix this?

Sound like you don't have the Firestorm missions installed...

I installed it via this site. I thought firestorm came with the download.

Are you sure you did not apply any patches after the installation? Is the no-cd patch enabled in the config program?

Yes that's the link I used. I didn't download any patches or make any changes. I pretty much downloaded it and started playing.

I also have the 'Unable to Read Scenario' error when trying to play Firestorm offline and trying to start a new campaign - either GDI or NOD. I am running via TSLauncher (TSPatch applied). I have no problems with Tiberium Sun - only with Firestorm. Firestorm loads fine - it just won't start the campaign - so I guess this is somehow related to ini/mix files mapping/settings etc. I can see the issue across many forums and many years - but cannot see the solution readily. Would love to get to the bottom of this - happy to provide and files, screenshots etc if that would assist.
