Where to download patch 2.63 for Yuri's Revenge

Hi all,

I'm new to this site.  I've been playing Command&Conquer since the first version back in the '90s, so I was so glad to see this site where you can play vs other people...I didnt' think I'd see the day.  At any rate, when I play skrimishes, the game freezes. I saw that the update 2.63 fixes certain freezes, I'm hoping that it fixes mine.  I can't seem to find where to download it from. The Download links don't seem to have it, unless I missed it.

You can launch skirmish via the CnCNet client or play online, which essentially does a bunch of compatibility and game fixes for you.
