Mouse sensitivity

Is there any way to reduce mouse sensitivity and "edge scrolling" speed (I'm not sure if that's the right term) in Tiberian Sun? I'm using the slowest scrolling rate option there is but it's still too fast.

 

I have the Ultimate Collection and Windows 10. I already installed the patch from this site.

You can go into the Windows Control Panel, and go to Keyboard and Mouse settings, and change the scroll rate.

 

The difference in one notch on the slider bar is enough to make the game unplayable for me.

I tried this but then I realised that my problem is edge scrolling. I have completed Tiberian Sun and Firestorm now but thanks for helping me.
