Tried disabling my antivirus, run as admin and re-installing, didn't change a thing. Hello, the message says access is denied. So that will likely be because the game is installed into program files. You could try moving the game directory to My documents where it doesn't require admin privileges. Or run the cncnetyrlauncher.exe file as admin.
