CnCNet Client white screen

Simplistic

Question

Everytime I open the newest version of the CnC Client I get a white screen.

I can hear the clients music but I can not do anything.

With the previous version of the CnC client I had no problems at all..

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

I followed some video guides but they do not seem to help.

I attached the Log and a screenshot.

Please help!

Thanks in advance!

Hello - try leaving the client open for a little while longer than you have, and re-upload the client.log file. Say a couple of minutes.

Thanks!

Thanks - I've added this as a bug. You can follow the status here: https://github.com/CnCNet/xna-cncnet-client/issues/34

Response:

Graphics card or graphics driver issue.

If they have a laptop with an integrated Intel GPU and a discrete Nvidia / AMD GPU, they could try running the client on the other GPU instead of what's set as default.

Another thing to try is installing XNA Framework Redistributable 4.0 Refresh from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=27598 and then running Resources\clientxna.exe instead of CnCNetYRLauncher.exe.
