PROBLEM:all players load bars get Red

Hello

 

from yesterday till now I can't play .... when I play with anyone the game start normally and after seconds all players loading bars get red and then lost connections with them .

 

I turned off my antivirus and firewall >> didn't work.

I tried my mobile Data internet instead of ADSL and didn't work too.

 

any help??
