Play Red Alert 2 First Decade

Hey,

 

I still have Red Alert 2 from The First Decade. Is there a way to play it on Windows 10? It starts up and all but as soon as I get on the main menu it goes on a black screen and freezes. I have to force-exit it from the task manager.

You can play online and skirmish using our client - https://cncnet.org/red-alert-2

 

It will auto-install into your game directory and allow you to play like everyone here.

 

There is a Red Alert 2 mode which emulates RA2. When you create a game you can tick the checkbox that says Red Alert 2.

 

That's the easiest way. If you want to play RA2 without CnCNet you can apply some of the fixes like ddraw wrapper yourself http://bitpatch.com/ddwrapper.html
