[Help] Red alert 2 single player in window mode

I want to run red alert 2 in window mode like how when i play cncnet its in windeow mode. how do i get the single player to run in window mode too. i tried to do the win- properties and that didnt work form. plz help

Are you able to run RA2 at all? If not, check out the "Handling Red Alert 2 and Yuri's Revenge on Windows 8/8.1/10" section in this guide.

yes i can run it just fine. i just want to run it in windowed mode

got the game to run in windowed mode by chanign the lcf fines. but now i cant get it to making the rest the display black
