Tiberian Sun menu issues

Hi all, got the Tiberian Sun download from this site and having some issues with the menus. The main menu screen displays normally, but when I open up one of the menus it comes out as a bunch of jumbled up lines (see attached screenshot). I've tried messing around with some Direct-X settings, running in various compatibility modes, but no luck. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Have you tried to disable DirectDraw or update your video drivers?

do other games do that or is  it just this one? looks like gpu is failing

Updating GPU drivers did the trick. Thanks for the advice! Now back to some good old-school gaming...
