Client Randomly Freezes

My client, at least once after each game, and upon startup, will freeze/stall and none of the buttons will work.  This lasts for about a minute sometimes, and I dont think i'm the only one who experiences this.  I have windows 10 and the other player who said they have a similar problem also has windows 10.

all of the inputs will save...i.e. if i type during this freeze, it'll all register once the client stars workign again
