create a shortcut to which file the wol.exe or the GameServ.conf? and how should it look like? Shortcut to WOL.exe-serv or GameServ.conf-serv? do we rename the files or go to properties and go in target and change it there?

do i run it by itself or dump it in the d-AWOS folder? well when i run WOL.exe a dos box opens then closes by its self.It makes a new file called GameServ.conf but thats all it does??

don't you need the 1.05 patch to run the high resolution patch to make it work?? from what i think i remember reading on http://cnc-tech.planetcnc.gamespy.com/index.php?download=127 Actually it don't make it incompatible because it just puts the comparability to 95 and fixes the edge screen crash by if i remember right by disabling the advance text i think? but it actually dose not do nothing to the game that will make it incapable to play others that have the 1.04a patch.

you should of added the 1.05 patch for c&c95 and the high resolution for the game as well in the full c&c95 the 1.05 patch has the - XP compatibility - Screen edge bug fixed..... and the High Screen resolution patch is of 1024x768
