  1. I'm planning to record some RA1 gamplays of mine. I've been watching TIB3RIUM1's video in YouTube and his RA1 seems to play random soundtrack at the start of every mission. How can I do this? Do I need a Red Alert playlist manager or something related to it? EDIT: I know this is normal. But how do I make it play random music at the start of every mission?
  2. Why is Weapons Factory is lightly armored? And also are all helicopters meant to attack another unit or structure if one was already destroyed or killed?

  7. Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing both? That might work or you might wanna download RA1 at redalert1.com or http://funkyfr3sh.cncnet.org/ if you want the expansion pack version. As for C&C 95. Did you get that from Nyerguds? EDIT:did you also try to set the compatibility mode to Windows 95?
  8. Are all of the main missions here are identical as with the RA1? Also does this also have a scenario editor?

Semi-Constant Constant Events Discovered by Player House Discovered Leaves Map (team) Zone entry by Crosses Horizontal or Vertical Line Global is Set and Global is Clear Actions I've never used before Fire Sale - Sells everything if there's no factory? Allow Win - Autobase building Autocreate begins Reveal Zone of Waypoint Destroy all teams Global Set and Global Clear - these two might be different from set global or global is set and clear so I list this.   11. My version is already 1.001 even if its not yet patched. My problem is that whenever I try to run the game without CD it always asks me to insert the CD and restart the application. And also, when I patch the game, there's always the Old file not found thing. I just did what the readme1st file told me to do. This is what the readme1st file in the crack folder of my CD said:

  13. Hmm. Sorry for this but I have so many questions and here's another one: What does these things do on an in-game render; Set Global, Attack Tarcom, Global is Set and Clear, Fire Sale, Temporary, Semi-Constant and Constant existence, and lastly these types.
  14. Cool!! This one worked! Thanks men, your trump card suddenly worked and it even solved my skirmish problems also.
  15. Does this things work like this: Ambush - A player's Light Tank discovered 6 Mammoth Tanks and start attacking and will not stop unless the target is destroyed or killed. Area Guard - Player's unit went to a designated area where enemy's Heavy Tank is located at. Then the enemy's Heavy Tank will attack the unit and if it move a few inches, the tank will return to its guarding state. Am I right?

So anyways thanks for these Nyerguds umm you know, well since I just tried making my own already, I want to know what these things do for units: Ambush, Attack, Area Guard, Capture, Construction, Enter, Guard, Harmless, Hunt, Missile, Move, QMove, Rescue, Retreat. Return, Sabotage, Selling, Sleep, Sticky, and Sop
  18. Sorry to confused you but it didn't worked. I'm a bit curious why it didn't worked. I just only adjust visual controls then CS missions didn't worked anymore.
  19. For CS Missions, it will only stay in black after clicking OK in the briefing. I just set the game speed and visual controls on an AM mission then when I tried any CS mission including the secret ones, it stayed in black.
  20. Hmm. it appears that my infantries are as small as elves and the CS missions seemed to work at Red Dawn. Now I know what makes it crash it is because I adjust the game controls unlike in AM Red Dawn, they don't crash at all. Additional info: the main missions for the game as well crashes when I reach the third mission (Both GDI and Nod). There's a notification where will the game crash, at the second mission for both teams, the BGM will create an eerie soundwave. And when I'm already at the third mission, I encounter this problem.
  21. Let see. I didn't add any files from other Red Alert. The only thing I added is the missing soundtracks from RA1 and those missions I downloaded from you and Red Dawn as well. Could you give me the link for that?
  22. Does this mean I have to make another folder in my RA directory?
  23. Good day! I want to make my own campaign for Soviets and Allies especially I want to modify the secret missions as well. I hope you guys might help me. I already came up with several campaign names in every mission.
  24. Hmm, I'm not using the DOS version of RA1.
