Hi I was wondering how do you trigger a computer a GDI AI player to drop napalm on a human nod player on Tiberium Dawn?

Look at the "Some very interesting trigger research" thread in Mapping Tutorials. It has a link to a thread full of that kind of mechanisms.

 

But basically, um, just open any mission ini file of a mission where the AI uses them against you, and look at the triggers and teamtypes. It's not too hard.
