You can watch the latest update from Holland and my Gameplay, or just download for yourself and try. One of the key changes is the creation of red Tiberium, which is actually more powerful than blue and green Tiberium. It is worth more money, it does more damage to soldiers and when it explodes, and it also rare to find.
