Made a few updates on the forum structure

I made a few long over due changes to the layout of the forum. This is nothing major, just the removal of some useless fragmentation.

 

List of changes

• The "Red Alert Series" and "Tiberium series" forums have been merged into one forum the Command & Conquer Series forum
  
• The hosted sites category has been removed
  

 

Expect a few more changes like this as time goes on.
