Red Alert random freezes

whenever I try to play RA on cncnet the game randomly freezes

every minute or so in the lobby, and then ever 10-20 seconds in-game.

its irritating me and does anyone have any clues on the problem?

 

EDIT: Nevermind I fixed it now

caused by running TS in the background.
