I have looked and the Interwebs appears to have various copies floating around. Does anyone know where one can get the most current version of the file, please? I think there was some upgraded build of the XCC Utilities floating around with the new version of the westwood LCW compression algorithm implemented, but I have no idea if people made upgraded files lists for xcc too...
