The white structure doesn't appear at all and the Mammoth keeps attacking at this spot, making it unable to progress. Any fix for this?

A found a YT comment on this video 3 years old, someone else also had the same problem.

 

"4:17 For some reason I don't have the first structure the Mammoth destroys. Therefore the Mammoth keeps firing blindly in that area and without completion of Mammoth’s demonstration my reinforcements wont arrive nor can I proceed with the mission. Any helps would be helpful thanks"!

I had to restart the campaign because of this and next time it wasn't doing it. 
Try to play from a previous mission to reach this one again, or re-install the game, and check out community patches.
